I selected and phoned Bayside Roof Repairs ans Restoration from an advert in our local paper. On speaking to Todd we fkxed a date and time for him to come and provide a free quote for repair and painting my roof. He arrived punctually and he gave me a quote, which compared favourably with 2 previous quotes I had. Work commenced on the agreed and was completed eithin the duration he estimated. I am very pleased with the results. Soon after an insurance inspector came to my home to assess previous internal ceiling rain damage, and also inspected the roof. Without any questioning from me he commented on the good workmanship of the repairs and obviously newly painted roof. That made my day! Thank you Todd for a great job!

I gave them a red, dirty, leaf covered, pool solar tubedbroof and in just over a week they presented me with a virtual brand new roof in the great colour of charcoal.
Now my house in Alexandra Hills looks the best in the street. Todd informed me of all the options, what the service will include, and to top it off, quoted a great price.
He even added ‘gratis’ extras to the service (removal of solar pool tubing, installation of gutter guard to valleys of roof, and cleaned my colourbond pergola – both on top and underneath) that with any other company would have added hundreds of dollars to the final cost. If you are thinking of sprucing up your roof you dont need to contact anyone else.

Torrential rain had resulted in a “waterfall” streaming down the hallway wall from the ceiling! I called a roofing company, only to be told there was a 6 – 8 week wait for someone to come and help me! (They said they’d put me on a waiting list but to this day, some 9 months later, they have NEVER called me back!!). In the meantime, I asked a friend if he knew anyone who fixed roofs in our area and he put me onto Todd. Todd’s team were there within the hour, tarped my roof up to prevent further damage and then prioritized my job, returning as soon as the rain subsided to repair my damaged ridge capping and replace about 40 broken tiles! Had Todd’s team not acted so quickly, the damage could have been far worse to my ceiling and interior walls! So impressed with their professionalism and excellent pricing, I had them back 2 months later to paint my roof and the results speak for themselves!
